This is a very rare thing to happen. I was up on Pillar summit in the Lake District. The clouds were before me and bright sun behind. At a particular position the sun casts your shadow onto the clouds and across the valley below and creates the halo effect seen around me. I only realised after the event what had happened. Very very lucky to have captured this shot. This rare effect has a name though no idea what is it I would love to know if anyone out there knows.
